Future enhancements for this game:

• Patch 1 (Fixing bugs)
  • 1.1       Allow enemy AI to have a jump attack for situations where the player is not on the ground or the player is out of reach in terms of verticality i.e. the player is standing on top of an object.
  • 1.2       Improve AI map navigation
  • 1.3       Allow gun bullets to go through power ups in order to shoot enemies behind power ups.
  • 1.4       Fix the volume slider in the menu.
• Patch 2 (User Interface enhancements)
  • 2.1       Inform the user with a text in the screen on explaining what the power up does or give the player upon pick up.
  • 2.2       Add a health bar above each enemy to show its current health.
  • 2.3       Add a mouse sensitivity slider in the menu to allow the users to find and use the mouse sensitivity at which they feel the most comfortable with.
  • 2.4       Add a pause menu to allow the user to pause the game whenever they want, especially because this is a single player game.
• Patch 3 (Extra features to improve overall gameplay experience)
  • 3.1       Add a small cooldown between shots so the player cannot simply spam left click to shoot faster.
  • 3.2       Allow upon holding left click, it should automatically continue shooting.
  • 3.3       Add recoil to the player’s gun to make it more challenging.
  • 3.4       Obtain more gun models and implement it as new guns in the game.
  • 3.5       Implement an ammo system for each gun.
  • 3.6       Increase the map size and potentially add another map which is more of an open world.
  • 3.7       Add more barriers in the game to unluck with in-game currency (in between rooms)
  • 3.8       Implement and add more power ups in the game, once again to increase the game’s replay-ability and the level of fun in gameplay.
  • 3.9       Design, implement and add a boss in the game which has a different AI compared to the normal enemy drones.
  • 3.10     Present a different particle effect to the user when their shot is a critical hit.
